Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Lusalt ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of any of our mobile applications and related services — each an "App," and together the "Apps." In these Terms, "the App" means whichever of our Apps you are using, including Lusalt and other apps we publish. By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

These Terms apply across all of our Apps. An individual App may also present additional or app-specific terms at download or within the App; where they conflict, the app-specific terms control for that App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Lusalt. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. License to use Lusalt

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA).

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & purchases

• Lusalt may offer paid subscriptions and in-app purchases (for example, generation credits or premium features), billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.
• Prices and features may change; we will give notice where required.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lusalt to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates others' rights;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, hate, or harassment;
• impersonates a real person in a deceptive or harmful way, or creates deceptive "deepfakes";
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
• violates any applicable law or regulation.

We may remove content or suspend access for violations of this section.

7. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the images you generate with Lusalt ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the App and to provide the features you request.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or the rights of others.

8. Our intellectual property

Our Apps, including their software, design, and branding — the "Lusalt" studio name and logo together with the names and logos of each individual App we publish — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

9. AI-generated content

Lusalt uses artificial intelligence to generate images. AI output can be unexpected, inaccurate, or similar to other works, and the same prompt may produce different results. You are responsible for reviewing and for how you use generated content. Laws about ownership and use of AI-generated material are evolving and vary by jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lusalt and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Lusalt operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights that may be available to you under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
