1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Lusalt ("Lusalt," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use any of our mobile applications and related services — each an "App," and together the "Apps." In this policy, "the App" means whichever of our Apps you are using, including Lusalt and other apps we publish.

This single policy applies across our Apps. Where a specific App collects or processes data differently, that App may provide an additional notice; otherwise, the practices below apply. We collect only what we need to make our Apps work and to improve them.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Prompts and inputs — the text you type and any images you upload to generate or transform artwork.
• Account details — if you create an account, basic identifiers such as an email address or a sign-in token.
• Communications — messages you send to our support team at [email protected].

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data — app version, device model, operating system, language, and anonymized interaction events used to diagnose issues and improve features.
• Diagnostics — crash logs and performance metrics.

Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status, but we never receive or store your full payment card details.

3. How we use information

• To generate images from your prompts and deliver the App's core features.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical problems.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private prompts or generated images to show you third-party advertising.

4. Your prompts & generated images

To create an image, your prompt (and any image you upload) is sent securely to our AI processing providers for the sole purpose of producing your result. Generated images are saved to your device and, where you enable sync or an account, to your personal library.

You are responsible for the content you create. Please review our Terms of Service for acceptable-use rules.

5. How we share information

We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers — trusted vendors who host our infrastructure, process AI requests, and provide analytics or crash reporting, all bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Apple — for purchase processing and subscription management.
• Legal reasons — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Prompts and images are retained to provide your library and improve reliability; you can delete items from your library at any time. Diagnostic data is kept for a limited period and then aggregated or deleted.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

• Access & deletion — email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
• In-app controls — delete individual creations or your account from within the App.
• Device permissions — manage camera, photo, and notification access in your iOS Settings.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

9. Children's privacy

Lusalt is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date, and significant changes may be highlighted in the App.
